The client – the non-resident investor – was planning to enter the Ukrainian real estate market. The main task of the project was to assess the prospects and potential of a new business model for investing in the primary residential real estate market in Kyiv.
The task of the project was to study the competitive environment, the general situation on the primary real estate market, identify trends and forecasts of market development as well as the model of buying behavior when choosing houses.
To implement the project, it was proposed to conduct a comprehensive marketing research which included:
- Desk search
- Survey of experts – the heads of real estate agencies, realtors
- In-depth interviews with buyers of real estate of different classes
The study was conducted in Kyiv.
Market experts, investors, analysts, and consultants helped Yasno Research & Consulting Group to find the “blue ocean” of opportunities in this project.
In the course of the study, the analysis of the general situation on the market was carried out, the features of the competitive environment were studied, the viability of several business models was assessed, the portrait and expectations of a potential target audience were formed. In addition, the SWOT analysis of the prospects of the primary real estate market was carried out and the customer journey map was built.
